- Account Information: Email address and display name, collected via Firebase Authentication
- Savings Goals: Goal name, target amount, and emoji identifier
- Transaction Records: Transaction type (cheaper alternative, no-buy, or withdrawal), title, amount, date, and spending category
- Subscription Data: Your subscription tier (free or premium) and trial status, managed through RevenueCat
- Usage Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and performance metrics
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for crash reporting
Spendflip does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any financial account credentials. All financial data you enter is self-reported.

Our app integrates with the following third-party services that may process your data. Each service operates under its own privacy policy:

- RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) — Subscription and in-app purchase management

- Google Fonts — Typography served via CDN on our landing pages

11. Subscriptions and Billing
Spendflip offers a free tier and a premium subscription tier. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store via our payment processor, RevenueCat.
- Free Tier: Core savings tracking features with limits on the number of goals and transactions
- Premium Tier: Unlimited goals and transactions, CSV and PDF export, and additional analytics features
We do not directly collect, process, or store your payment card details, bank account information, or billing address. All payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). For billing inquiries, please contact the respective app store through which you subscribed.
12. Children's Privacy
Spendflip is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In the European Union, users must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in their member state) to use Spendflip without parental consent.
13. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
